Did you know that a shop measuring 12 SQM was recently sold for a jaw-dropping S$28 million?

Yes, this is a world record.

The small electronic goods store located at Hong Kong's Russell Street was sold for S$28.86 million – equivalent to a staggering S$2.4 million per SQM.

Sebastian Skiff, CBRE's Asia Executive Director, told Bloomberg: "I think it's the most expensive store, per square foot, in the world today."

Russell Street in Causeway Bay was also highlighted as the most expensive street in the world for retail property. It is widely regarded as the busiest shopping street in Hong Kong.

Now, we need to find out who bought it.
