this has been hot topic in Singapore recently. iconic HDB project. look so awesome, and wish to stay in.

Cantonment Towers consists of 9 blocks of HDB flats, bounded by Everton Road, Spottiswoode Park, Cantonment Link and Cantonment Road.

They are built between year 2002 to 2003 and consists of 3, 4 and 5rm flat types.

These HDB flats are located near to the Pinnacle at Duxton development.
Looking at recent transacted data according to propquest HDB data, a #19 unit transacted at $818k and a #12 unit at $801k on March 2014. Both are 5rm hdb, 110sqm in size. This can serve as an estimated base benchmark for 5rm at Pinnacle Duxton. Assuming all other things being equal or held constant and ignoring factors such as the market and policy change effects, just comparing the unit itself, a #19 unit at Pinnacle should fetch at least $818k, since it is newer and more exclusive compared to its counterpart at Cantonment Towers. Similarly a #12 unit at Pinnacle should be worth at least $801k, ceteris paribus. A 90sqm, #18 four room at Cantonment towers sold for $745K in March 2014.
